Pre-Order Policies

*Pre-Order* means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size in the item being offered and of your choice, before the item arrives with us.

Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another item/size which is in-stock/due to arrive sooner, you may do so. Alternatively, a store credit can also be issued for 1-year use on the online store.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will secure your item/size after all the initial inventory has sold out. This is the only way to secure an out of stock item going forward, as we do not plan to restock any items after their initial release amount going forward. 

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to our supplier facing high-volume orders during the peak pre-holiday season, &/or shipments being held up by customs processing times. While we estimate the arrival time to be about 2 weeks, we cannot guarantee this will be accurate. Once the order has shipped from our supplier, we have an estimated arrival date, and it arrives at our main location, you will be kept well-informed throughout. You will receive a new order notification once we physically process the order containing your pre-order item, and a shipping label notification once your package is being fulfilled and preparing to be turned over to USPS for delivery.  

Silvertails Apparel Inc. is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you every step of the way. Please ensure your email is up to date and keep an eye on any communications regarding your pre-order item status.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. The new duplicate order will be created with just your pre-order item after we physically receive it, and it will only be shipped upon a shipping label being created for this such new duplicate order (of the original order). 

*Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS it is out of our control. If your package is shown as lost, we can help you replace your order after 10 business days to allow for USPS to scan. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. For further information refer to the Delayed or Lost Orders information in the Shipping Policy sections below.

We can currently ship to any US state and Territory, including APO (Military). We are in the process of trying to expand to ship Internationally, including to Canada and Mexico. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this. Note, once we are able to ship Internationally, there will still be restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Please keep in mind: An average order takes 1-3 business days to process, and an additional 1-3 days to ship domestically, (please add 5 business days to the total process + handling times during the Holiday season, as we do not currently have any Full-Time employees).

Please also note that the shipping rates are not set by us, they are based on the USPS (or other specific carrier chosen) service flat fees.

* USPS Priority Mail (Package) is the main service we use, which provides 2-3 Day Shipping Domestically.

The flat rate fee for USPS Priority Mail is usually $7.49 - $8.49 depending on your Shipping Region (State), however, note that the holiday season Shipping window has started as of October 2nd, and all USPS Shipping rates have increased. Currently we are seeing an average rate of $8.99 - $9.49 for the Holiday Shipping season, depending on your region/state. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

Customs Clearance (International Only): Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Your Super is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

(International Only): Peachtails Apparel is not responsible for import excise taxes, customs duties nor VATs for purchases placed outside of the United States and her territories. 

Delayed of Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Wrong of Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
