We understand trying to find your right size when purchasing from a new company is intimidating.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR SIZE AND/OR STORE CREDIT

**PLEASE NOTE - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND, OUR SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW US TO SEND A RETURN LABEL FOR INTERNATIONAL LABELS-- Exchange or Store Credit only**

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH SHOPIFY/MAIN WEBSITE. IF YOU PURCHASED THROUGH FACEBOOK, YOU MUST EMAIL US SO WE CAN CHECK FOR THE REQUEST, WE DO NOT GET NOTIFIED.

To initiate a return/exchange, just email us with your order # and item details at: customerservice@peachtails.com

1. When trying on items for the first time, please assure you are trying them in a "clean state", so that makeup/fragrance/sweat, etc., may not transfer onto the apparel making it deemed "worn/used". If signs of wear are clear/present at the time of return/exchange, the item may not be accepted due to health concerns/risk. 

2. When trying on leggings/bottoms, underwear MUST be worn.

3. Signs of wear may not be present (such as stated above) which can also include any less obvious signs such as: hair or any other type of foreign debris transferred onto apparel/items, any clear signs of sun or environmental damage (any type of discoloration or deterioration), and most importantly, the items may NOT be washed. 

4. If the contents of your package was damaged in any way, it must be within reason that such damage may have already been present on the items PRIOR to being packed in mailer (and may not have occurred by mishandling either during the shipment, or when receiving and opening the package). Once packages leave our site, they are no longer subject to our liability (contact shipping insurance and carrier). 

5. For return and refund purposes: You have 7 days from the shipment received/delivery notification to inform us of any issues with your items that may require you receive a return label and reimbursement. Keep in mind, if there is nothing intentionally wrong with the items and a refund is desired, you will be responsible for paying the return label shipping, as well as a $5.00 restocking fee before the return is accepted. The rest of your balance will then be paid back to you (using your original payment method).

**THE FIRST (SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY) RETURN TO US FROM YOU IS ON US! WE WILL SEND RETURN LABEL TO YOU BY EMAIL. ANY RETURN AFTER THIS (EVEN FOR SIZE EXCHANGE) WILL REQUIRE YOU PAY NORMAL SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN LABEL**

This does not apply for an item that may have been received with damage and is not up to our quality standards. We reserve discretion on a case by case basis, just email us! Keep in mind you must not allow the 7 days to pass before you email us and the order has been confirmed "delivered" by USPS or the designated mail carrier. 

6. For a size (or store credit) exchange: You have up to 15 days from the shipment received/delivered notification to inform us that you would like to exchange for a new size (all above conditions-- Unused/new condition (only tried on) must STILL be met). You must also still have the order # and proof of purchase from us to provide us with (to reference your past purchase). 

Please Note: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, as well as any other damage that may have occurred during the shipping stage (once the carrier took possession of the package).
